My event is ticketed but only has 80 attendees — do I pay the Rp1 million minimum?

No. The Rp1,000,000 minimum applies only to free events with 251–1,000 attendees. Paid events are a flat 3.2% of the ticket price at any size, with no minimum.

What counts as a "registered attendee"? Are no-shows still counted?

We count attendees who complete registration — not tickets sold, and not people who showed up. Someone who registers and never arrives is still counted, because their record is already in the system and stays yours.

How long does the free promo run?

The campaign runs for six months with a limited quota each month. An event that has claimed a slot stays free through to the end of the event — price changes are never applied retroactively.

What if this month’s quota has run out?

You can join the waiting list for next month’s quota, or start now on the Semi-free plan. We tell you where the quota stands before you commit, not after.

Questions about payment methods, payouts, and refunds will be answered once the payment gateway is live.
